PYBAR – a Thiess Company, is a mining services provider with core competencies in metalliferous underground hard rock mining. With origins dating back to 1993, our success is based on safe, rapid underground infrastructure development and consistent, reliable production. We deliver a range of projects, from large established mining operations to greenfield developments across Australia. The services we provide range from mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting and fleet.  

THE OPPORTUNITY

PYBAR have an exciting opportunity for a Tasmanian based Agi Operator to join our crew at Rosebery Mine. This is a full time position on a 7 days on, 7 days off roster, with accommodation, travel allowances and meal allowances provided.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Experience working on heavy equipment or heavy industries
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong focus and commitment to safety
• Hold a current Australian Manual Drivers License
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current National Police Clearance.
