THE OPPORTUNITY

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Charge Up operator to join our close knit team at Eloise Copper Mine operation in Cloncurry QLD, on a 2:2 roster. 

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate current or recent experience in an underground development Charge Up position and a number of years’ experience working on a variety of underground mining equipment. Points of hire of this role are available from multiple locations across QLD and NSW 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Demonstrated experience as an underground Charge Up Operator (Essential)
• Possess a QESC card (Essential)
• Must hold underground Shot Firers RII Units of Competency - (Essential)
• Experience with Orica iKon blasting and Orica Maxiloader highly regarded
• Experience on various underground equipment (Essential)
• Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
• Demonstrated underground mining experience (Essential)
• All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's) 
• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team
• A strong focus on safety
