There’s always plenty of opportunity to try something different. I’ve been in several different roles since I’ve been here, there’s always that opportunity for progressions, it never gets boring – no day’s the same.
I’ve never had this level of professional development in my role previously, so that’s a definitely a huge plus for PYBAR. The Leadership Program I’m currently involved in is not just a one-off seminar where you learn a bit and take some away, it’s actually ongoing and supported by personnel through head office.
When a contract finishes there’s been opportunities to transfer to other sites, so it’s good way to see Australia and get paid to do it!
